  • A group of friends and I had a fabulous hike on Taranoho farm. We walked up through a paddock right to the back and were rewarded with stunning views down the harbour to Whitianga, Mercury Bay and even out to Hot Water Beach. Close behind us were the bush covered Coromandel Ranges. Apart from the rolling hills on the farm we passed some amazing rock formations and even a small swamp. I highly recommend this walk to anyone wishing to get a real feel for the beauty and wildness of the Coromandel.

  • This bush/farm walk was a fantastic escape into nature. We walked at a comfortable pace for the terrain and felt at one with nature. The sheep and cows roaming free added to the adventure and the stunning views of the mountains panning out to the Whitianga Harbour were breathe taking. We highly recomed this walk for anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque adventure.
